"The Strathbogie Ranges, once a lush landscape,  has been pared back to its skeletal bones  -  undulating hills, weathered granite out crops and strands of isolated fauna and flora. This ancient landscape echoes the spirits of its predecessors - the eagle, kangaroo, wallaby and man . Man has had a dramatic influence,  colonising this country to service hidden dreams. From these ancestral cues, my work draws on a living spirit of place.."
